aiming powerful sound guns at them. Members of Congress were told Wednesday during a hearing that an
underwater sound gun blasted at the fish at high decibel levels might
keep them out of places they're not wanted. The guns have been tested on
trout from 130 feet away at a noise level of 210 decibels, which
